Prošloga je tjedna Cyberpunk 2077 igralo više od milijun igrača svakoga dana, a ovoga je vikenda na Steamu nadmašila rekord The Witchera 3 po broju aktivnih igrača.
Nakon što se na Netflixu pojavila animirana serija Cyberpunk Edgerunners, a igra je dobila novo ažuriranje, u zadnjih je 24 sata tako igralo 136,7 tisuća igrača istovremeno. Po ovoj statistici Cyberpunk 2077 bio je osma najigranija igra na Steamu, te je skočila na četvrto mjesto najprodavanijih igara u zadnjih tjedan dana.
Iako su ove broje daleko od onih kada je Cyberpunk 2077 prvi puta lansiran 2020 godine u tehnički problematičnom izdanju, tko bi rekao da će se na kraju toliko ljudi vratiti u Night City i pružiti još jednu priliku Cyberpunku 2077.
