Glumica koja će svoj glas posuditi protagonistkinji The Witchera 4 je Ciara Berkeley koja mijenja Jo Wyatt. Ciara iza sebe nema neki opsežni CV što se tiče projekata gdje se pojavljivala glasom ili stasom. The Witcher 4 bit će joj prva video igra u kojoj će se pojaviti.
Potvrđeno je kako će se najpoznatiji lik serijala, Geralt, pojaviti i u nastavku te da će glas iza njega i dalje biti Doug Cockle.
