Analitičari hardverskih specifikacija kažu da ako ne bude postojalo Performance moda za PS 5, neće ga moći pokrenuti ni PS 5 Pro. PS 5 Pro bi trebao koristiti iste specifikacije kao i obični, no radit će u 10% overclocka odnosno na 3,85 GHz.
Postoji “tradicija” u kojoj sve GTA igre kad su izašle nisu imale mogućnost za više od 30 fps-a. Još kako bi Pro verzija konzole trebala biti dostupna prije same igre, izgleda da bi se to moglo nastaviti. Međutim Rockstar još nije ništa otkrio što se tiče performansa, no nadamo se da će barem PlayStation 5 Pro moći ga zaigrati na 60 fps-a.
