Bethesda je trenutno nezadovoljna situacijom jer su nižem položaju nego što bi to trebao biti Activision Blizzard nakon akvizicije jer bi Bethesda morala ograničiti svoje igre isključivo na Microsoft platforme. Bethesdin najveći projekt unazad nekoliko godina Starfield uskoro izlazi, a biti će dostupan isključivo na Xbox Series X|S i PC-ju.
Ljudi iz Bethesde se nadaju dogovoru unutar organizacije te da će i oni određene igre, ako ne mogu sve plasirati na PlayStation gdje leži veća zarada jer PlayStation i dalje drži veliku većinu tržišta konzola posebno u Europi.
