U karanteni smo završili nakon što je Windscale nuklearna elektrana nestala u ognju i dimu. Vlast je potom sve zatvorila u kako su rekli privremenu karantenu koja je na kraju potrajala godinama. Iako mnogi žive normalno u karanteni, rade, piju točeno pivo. Glavni lik je pustolov koji želi otkrivi što je krije iza zidina koje čuva vojska.
Kroz ovu avanturu susretati ćemo se tako s vlastima, ogromnim robotima, ali i čudnim mutantima koji su pretpostavljamo nastali zbog utjecaja radioaktivnih čestica na ljude i životinje.
