Assassin’s Creed Shadows je objavljen 20. ožujka i dočekan je s reakcijama koje nitko nije očekivao. Hvaljen je u medijima, recenzije su sjajne na svjetskoj razini, a igra je zatim prodala milijuna primjeraka. Fenomenalna izvedba i konačan proizvod naveli su mnoge da vjeruju da je to prekretnica za ovaj serijal.
Nije prošlo niti mjesec dana otkako je Assassin’s Creed Shadows izašao na tržište, a već osvaja nagrade… Assassin’s Creed Shadows je pobjednik PlayStationove nagrade Players’ Choice za ožujak. Izabran je za najbolju igru mjeseca na temelju rezultata ankete na PlayStation Blogu, što je otprilike službeno koliko može biti. Iskreno, konkurencija u ožujku nije bila baš jaka, osim Hazelighta i Split Fictiona koji su postigli donekle veliki uspjeh. Mislim da će Assassin’s Creed Shadows osvojiti neke prestižne nagrade ove godine, jer ono što je Ubisoft proizveo je jedna od najboljih igara koje smo vidjeli u serijalu već godinama. To je osjećaj koji je i kolega Lario izrazio u svojoj detaljnoj recenziji igre. Naravno, to nije kraj za AC Shadows. U planu je DLC, a Ubisoft marljivo radi na izradi zakrpa kako bi dodao određena poboljšanja, ali i ispravio eventualne pogreške.
