Assassin’s Creed Shadows trenutno razvija kooperativno igranje koje će biti objavljeno nakon igrinog lansiranja. Ovaj novi način igranja razvija Ubisoft i krije se po kodnim nazivom LEAGUE. Ono što ne znamo točno, je sam datum izlaska zbog nedavnog odgađanja igre. Odgoda je malo poremetila cijeli tijek događaja vezanih za Assassin’s Creed Shadows. Neki izvori tvrde kako je LEAGUE bio u razvoju puno prije odgode, te da to nije razlog zbog odgađanja igre.
Iako nam konkretnih detalja, o tome što je i kako će ovaj način igranja funkcionirati u jednom Assassins’s Creed naslovu, poprilično nedostaje, da se naslutiti kako će ovo funkcionirati. Za očekivati je da će nam kooperativno igranje omogućiti da se Naoe i Yasuke bore jedno uz drugoga, koristeći svoje različite borbene sposobnosti.
Treba napomenuti kako ovo nije jedina AC igra koja će imati iskustvo za više igrača. Nedavno su internetom počele kružiti neslužbene informacije koje govore kako je Assassin’s Creed Invictus rađen po uzoru na Fall Guys, te da će igra izaći 2025. godine. Što se ostalih Assassin’s Creed igara u razvoju tiče, imamo Assassin’s Creed Black Flag Remake pod kodnim imenom Obsidian. Osim njega, u razvoju je Codename Hexe za kojeg se priča kako će biti najmračniji Assassin’s Creed do sada.
Bilo kako bilo, 2025. godina izgleda vrlo obećavajuće za gaming zajednicu, a ponajviše za ljubitelje Assassin’s Creed serijala.
